The Macaroon Shop is a amazingly yummy place ! I you have never been here, its a must go to, been around since 1930. The Macaroons are soo good along with the other deserts. All handmade. What I enjoy most is the gluten free accommodation and the friendly atmosphere. Great place !
I am the second generation benefitting from this wonderful bakery!! Over the years, The Macaroon Shop has become the only place that we have ever gotten our birthday cakes from (and for all other special occasions). Their cookies have always been a holiday 'must have' , and all my friends look forward to being showered with goodies from The Macaroon Shop every holiday, from me!!
My dad loved macaroons! I came by to get some before a memorial we were having for him to share with the family. My sister would make dad the Macaroons, but she did not have time, so I thought OK give the shoppe a try, you are going to yoga anyway it is right there.
Sis said, a little sweet, BUT- hands down, great!
Thank you for helping me bring a little of the Doro( what we called our dad), we miss him, but can keep him alive with the stories and the memories. It made my family happy to have the sweet treats.

The Macaroon Shop is THE best bakery in New Jersey--barre none! I make sure every important occasion is marked with desserts from The Macaroon Shop! In fact, when I am invited to any party, the FIRST thing I am asked to bring are goodies from here!! The are 'top shelf', from the cookies, to cakes, to pastries...there's nothing from here that I don't love!!

We go to The Macaroon Shop at least once a month to get the best crumb buns in NJ. Always great! Also enjoy many other treats like cookies, cakes and Danish. We are never disappointed with the service or products.
